- 1:1 Faculty to Resdient ratio - apprenticeship model of education plus added academics
- Train at 25 bed Rural Critical Access Hospital for PGY-2+3
- Only rural track in New England
- Graduates will be more likely to practice in rural areas
- Separate Match numbers for Lewiston and Rumford
